In June We saw this property in La Cala de Mijas for sale on Martin Real Estate site and it's everything we've been searching for. We contacted Paul from Martin Real Estate and he couldn't have been more helpful he explained everything to us how to pay the deposit and how to pay the balance of the purchase It was very reassuring to speak to someone who knew everything about buying property in Spain. Needless to say with Pauls help the purchase went ahead within four weeks.So now I'm writing this review in the sun in my garden looking forward to many more years of this. This is the 4th property bought by my wife and I in Spain and it was certainly the easiest to complete. Jessie McCarthy could not have been any more helpful or efficient. Quickly responding to our initial enquiry and fully qualifying our need's. Jessie soon supplied example properties for us to consider and even added a couple of “curve balls”. We arranged the viewings and Jessie showed us around the properties and giving some excellent opinions on them. We decided on an apartment in Casares and paid the deposit and signed the paperwork. Paul is a force of nature and has been absolutely brilliant in helping us buy an apartment in Mijas Pueblo. He is action oriented, found us the apartment then quickly got access and did a video tour with enough detail for us to have the confidence to buy before actually seeing the property. He has spent a lot of time guiding us through the buying process including helping us to identify a great lawyer, a currency exchange provider and a trusted builder to carry out some renovations. Paul has quite simply gone above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. We trust Paul and highly recommend him if you are looking for a property on the Costa del Sol.
