Welcome to Martin Real Estate, Costa del Sol! We make buying and/or selling your home in Spain as easy as possible. Our professional team is here to support you, every step of the way. At Martin Real Estate, we make buying and selling a home in Spain an enjoyable and memorable experience, with personal, friendly service and lots of local knowledge.  

Our journey began in 2019 when our CEO Paul Martin worked, here on the Costa Del Sol for a major real estate company. He achieved a great personal reputation as a trusted Sales Agent, providing excellence in Client support and a friendly personal touch. Check out our testimonials 

In 2023, Paul decided to set up his own property brand to sell properties all over the Costa del Sol. Since then, we've been on a mission to help our clients with all their property needs in a professional, transparent, dependable, and friendly way.
