Paul Martin and his company helped us find a property around La Cala in late 2025 and we moved in very recently. Based very centrally in Calahonda, we gave Paul a very challenging brief - a 2 bed apartment with good outside space, having green / mountain views somewhere between Malaga and Puerto Banus with not many properties visible - all on a tight budget. Paul embraced this right from the off and gave us edited lists of properties to look at. With the feedback we gave him on them all, we were able to narrow down a very wide search area to something more manageable and then made 3 trips out to Spain over the months, as there's a limit to what you can do online. Throughout the lengthy period while we were looking, Paul was incredibly patient and helpful and even went above and beyond on a couple of occasions by doing video viewings of things just on the market. Once we had secured an apartment Paul even went to check just before completion that the vendor had left everything promised. All in all it was a great experience for us working with Paul, though he may hope for less picky clients in the future! We wish Paul success going forward and have no hesitation in giving him a top rating and recommending him to anyone trying to buy or sell on the Costa del Sol.

All I can say is that Paul and his team was outstanding ,we was not pressured in to anything. Very very helpful in every aspect. I think you would be hard pressed to find any better. Many thanks guys you did a great job. We want to take your team out for a lunch on us.

Paul is a force of nature and has been absolutely brilliant in helping us buy an apartment in Mijas Pueblo. He is action oriented, found us the apartment then quickly got access and did a video tour with enough detail for us to have the confidence to buy before actually seeing the property.
