He contacted my back within the hour and from the moment I shared our budget and requirements, Paul took care of absolutely everything. His advice, local insight, and professionalism were second to none.

I had booked a 4 day viewing trip for myself and my 6 year old daughter and let Paul know the dates and he kept in touch right up until the trip, providing valuable guidance and options to think about in advance. Pual ended up shortlisting more than 20 carefully chosen properties and lined up all of the viewings. We decided we wanted to relocate from the US to the Costa Del Sol & buy an apartment. After reading Paul's reviews we contacted him and we are so pleased we did. We told him what we were looking for prior to our arrival in Spain and once we met him he hit the ground running picking us up from our apartment every day and showing us everything in many areas. He was professional and extremely efficient and went over and above for us and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent. He showed us our favorite properties several times so we could be sure which one we wanted and once we found the perfect apartment he then put us in touch with a lawyer who will facilitate our purchase and our visas and even drove us to and from their offices. In the recent past we experienced the classic horror stories of buying property in Spain. Not with Jessie from Martin Real Estate. She is highly competent, dedicated to her job, keeps on smiling, never gives up and goes the whole way anticipating on what is going to be needed and when. She always keeps her promises and helps you with trivial things that are so complicated when you're not yet up to speaking terms in Spanish. If it were not for her immaculate support, we certainly would not have achieved our goal, buying the apartment we liked.
